VODA SWIM Store Policy

Return within 7 days with all original tags and hygienic liner still attached and must be tried on over other garments. This policy is due to hygienic reasons. Please see our sizing chart before purchasing. A complete refund of the purchase price will be applied to your credit card or you may choose to exchange the item or receive store credit.

Return Instructions:

1. Fill out the return slip included with every order.
2. Place the product and return slip back into the original packaging.
3. Request a return shipping label by sending an email with the word "Return" in the subject line to sales@vodaswim.com.
4. Print out return shipping label and affix to the package making sure that barcodes are on a flat surface and the old label has been completely covered or removed.
5. Drop off the package at any FedEx Kinkos location.

If you have lost the original packaging or return slip please send an email to sales@vodaswim.com

Note: No refunds for upgraded shipping charges.

International Return Instructions:

1. Fill out the return slip included with every order.
2. Place the product and return slip back into the original packaging.
3. All returns originating from countries other than USA must be paid for by the customer. Please get delivery conformation for your protection.
